Very decent lunch specials made to order. Hot food, decent price... garlic chicken was great. I'll be back to try the Dim Sum and/or dumplings, as they were suggested by the Chef. I don't understand how this place could have under 3 stars... that was not my experience.

If I could give 0 stars I would, we ordered from this place and we ordered two combos of General Sals chicken and broccoli beef along with fried rice and chicken Chow Maine, we received the order and the chicken had no sauce on it whatsoever, just plain regular chicken, no general Sals sauce and the rice was not fried it was white rice, and the chowmein noodles were dry and old, so we call the restaurant to tell them and they proceeded to argue with us and tell us that we were wrong, they offered us nothing in exchange And then the owner wanted to come to our house to look at our meals? Really???? SUPER CREEPY! We will NEVER order from there again!!!

WARNING: DO NOT EAT HERE!
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We ordered Kong Pow chicken, fried rice, chow mein and beef broccoli and it was all disgusting! The chicken was pretty much all fat, the food had no taste and when I called and brought it to the owners attention he yelled and argued with me. I would never ever order from this place again! Obviously we won't be getting a refund.. what a waste of money!
UPDATE:
Last night I got a text from the general manager. He continued telling me that I threatened him and he accused me of lying. This is just insane! This makes me not want to call in a order anywhere and if I do, I will make sure to block my number -

This was the most disgusting meal ive had in months. Not to mention the owner is a 100% pervert.
Ordered 2 meals and an appetizer, all the main food was so dry and lacking sauce, there was no way to actually consume the horrible food. The appitizer was undercooked and it to had no sauce.
When i called to explain what had happened the owner called me a liar and said he was on his way to our home to inspect our meal. He said we would never receive a refund because i was probably a drunk liar.
This place is terrible and needs to be shut down immediately!!!!! DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!! -

This restaurant has amazing cuisine. I suggest if your craving some real yummy Chinese food, at a reasonable price, Windys is the way to go!!!
